The Montrose Project is committed to discovering rarely performed works by women from centuries ago as well as premiering works by Houston-based women composers.
The Montrose Project is dedicated to celebrating the unique musical contributions of women composers.
The Montrose Project performs works by women composers in various areas around Houston to allow the public, not just the musicians, the chance to know and hear and value women composers.
